1 - Apply Doctor Gabe’s Glow Up Toothpaste to the length of the Glow Up Toothbrush head.
2 - Using your prepped Glow Up Toothbrush, brush thoroughly on all tooth surfaces.
3 - For at least one minute rotate between the mouth’s four quadrants, including gently brushing the gum line and tongue, then spit.
4 - Use twice daily in the morning and before bed. For best results, follow up brushing by flossing at least once daily.
5 - Fill the cap of your mouthwash bottle with the solution.
6 - Empty the cap into your mouth, swish for roughly 45 seconds, making sure not to swallow.
7 - Spit and do not rinse! Wait 5 minutes before eating or drinking to let the freshness take effect!
