Return and Exchange Policy

If you decide to return your Doctor Gabe product, please contact us with your order number at returns@drgabe.com to initiate a return within 30 days of purchase. We offer a full refund of the product cost (less applicable shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds will be initiated once your return has been received and inspected. We will send you an email to confirm the status of your return and refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued automatically. It will be credited to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you still haven’t received a refund, first check your banking institution again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have not yet received your refund, please contact us at returns@drgabe.com


Exchanges
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at returns@drgabe.com and ship your item(s) to:
